SUNOX® CUSTOM 2K Topcoat Aerosols provide the ultimate aerosol painting solution, combining professional automotive paint technology with the convenience of a spray can. Each aerosol is custom filled to your specified colour using high-quality automotive paint and supplied in a specialist 2K activated aerosol system for maximum durability and performance.
 
Unlike conventional aerosols, this product contains a separate internal chamber holding the hardener (activator). Before use, the activator is released into the paint by pressing the activation button on the base of the can. Once activated, the paint and hardener mix together to create a true 2K coating system, delivering exceptional durability, chemical resistance and finish quality.
 
Available in virtually any solid colour and supplied in Gloss, Satin or Matt finishes, SUNOX CUSTOM 2K aerosols are ideal for professional repairs, restoration work and high-quality refinishing applications.

How the 2K System Works
  • Shake the aerosol thoroughly before activation.
  • Remove the red activation button from the cap.
  • Place the button onto the valve on the base of the can.
  • Press firmly to release the hardener into the paint chamber.
  • Shake thoroughly for several minutes to fully mix the contents.
  • The aerosol is now activated and ready for use.
 
Important Information
⚠ Once activated, the aerosol must be used within approximately 24 hours.
The activated paint will gradually cure inside the can and will eventually become unusable. For best results, complete your painting project shortly after activation.
