We accept returns. You can return unused and sealed items within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note custom mixed aerosols, paints or special orders cannot be returned under any circumstance.

• The distance selling regulations state that as the buyer you have the right change your mind and return any goods that you no longer require.
• If the item you have purchased is not suitable for your needs, you have up to 30 days to return the item. The 30 days starts from the day after you received the item.
• Any costs incurred for returning the item will be the buyer's responsibility. It is advisable to use a secure tracked & signed for service.
• Returns will only be accepted as long as the item is returned in its original unused condition - please pack securely to ensure the item arrives in good condition. Under no circumstances can we accept a used product and/or item.
• In all instances please advise by email of your intentions and include a copy of the original invoice with the return, along with your username, this will enable us to process any refund promptly.
• If you feel an item we have supplied is not as described, please contact us so that we may resolve the problem.
• Occasionally items do get damaged on their way to the customer, if this happens please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the problem, as quickly as possible
• All our items are new unless otherwise stated and purchased directly from the manufacturer, as such are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
