We will endeavour to dispatch your parcel the same day on any order placed before 1pm, this may not be possible during promotions and during busy periods. Every parcel to a UK mainland address is sent on a next working day delivery service (unless Highlands or offshore) Make sure you supply us with a mobile number when you order, then we can give you full tracking information. We can not always guarantee next day delivery. Delivery Policy

• For all deliveries please leave a contact number and/or email address on your order for courier purposes.

• Buyer is responsible to make sure someone is available to accept delivery as a signature will be required for all deliveries. 

• No items will be left without a signature unless confirmed by a member of our team. 

• We will only deliver to the registered address on PayPal and/or eBay.

• We will attempt deliveries twice it then becomes a failed delivery a delivery charge will be applied to cover our costs of item to be resent if still required. 

• If you require a delivery outside mainland UK (Northern/Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles & Scottish Highlands) please contact us before purchase with your postcode so we can give you a postage quote.
