U-POL SMC™ Body Filler – 1.1L (Available in Black or White)

SMC™ is a high-adhesion, fibre-reinforced polyester body filler specifically formulated for rigid plastics such as SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound), fiberglass, and GRP. Containing carbon fibre, it offers superior strength and durability for structural and cosmetic repairs. The filler spreads smoothly and sands easily to a fine finish.

Application Guidelines
Mix thoroughly with the supplied U-POL hardener at a ratio of approximately 2% by weight
Apply on clean, dry, and prepared surfaces
Clean and degrease surfaces before application
Suitable for use over bare metal, SMC, GRP, and other rigid plastics after proper preparation
Avoid application on thermoplastic acrylics or flexible plastics

Supplied in 1.1L tins
Use with compatible U-POL hardeners

Contains polyester resin and styrene, which may cause irritation; use in well-ventilated areas
Avoid skin and eye contact; wear suitable protective gloves and goggles
