U-POL Dolphin 1K Stopper is a convenient, ready-mixed polyester finishing putty ideal for final surface perfection. Designed to fill surface imperfections, micro-scratches, and pinholes, this one-component solution eliminates the need for mixing hardener—making it perfect for quick repairs and last-minute touch-ups.

Technical Details:
Type: 1K polyester stopper putty
Drying Time: Touch dry in ~30 minutes; overpaintable after 1 hour (at 20°C)
Sanding: Dry sandable with fine abrasives (P320–P500)
Max Application Thickness: Up to 0.5mm

GRP and fibreglass
OEM finishes (non-thermoplastic)
 
Surface Preparation:
Clean surface thoroughly to remove contaminants
Abrade with P180–P240 grit depending on substrate
Ensure surface is clean, dry, and dust-free before application
