SUNOX® EXTREME 2K Lacquer is a premium professional-grade two-component clearcoat aerosol designed to deliver bodyshop-quality results from a convenient spray can. Using advanced internal activation technology, it provides the durability, gloss retention and chemical resistance normally associated with spray gun-applied 2K clearcoats.
 
Ideal for automotive refinishing, SMART repairs, alloy wheel refurbishment, motorcycle repairs and restoration projects, SUNOX EXTREME 2K Lacquer produces a deep, high-gloss finish with exceptional durability and long-term weather resistance.
 
The aerosol contains a separate internal hardener chamber which is activated immediately before use. Once activated, the lacquer cures chemically to create a tough, professional-grade finish with excellent resistance to fuel, solvents, UV exposure and environmental conditions.

How the 2K System Works
Shake the aerosol thoroughly before activation.
Remove the activation button from the cap.
Place the button onto the pin on the base of the can.
Press firmly to release the hardener into the lacquer chamber.
Shake thoroughly for at least 2 minutes.
The aerosol is now activated and ready for use.
 
Important Information
⚠ Once activated, the aerosol has a limited pot life and should be used within approximately 24 hours.
The lacquer will continue curing inside the can after activation and will eventually become unusable.
 
⚠ Contains isocyanates. Suitable respiratory protection and appropriate PPE should always be worn during use.
