The RUPES BigFoot LHR21 Mark V polisher represents a real breakthrough in the professional polishing industry. A key innovation on the Mark V is the use of POLYSYNTHEC™ composite gears, which provide excellent wear resistance in even the most demanding working conditions. These gears are lighter than traditional metal gears and require less lubrication, improving engine efficiency and reducing energy loss. The result is a dramatic reduction in vibration and noise, increasing comfort during prolonged use. Reducing vibration is particularly important because it allows the operator to maintain a more stable grip, improving the precision of movements and the quality of polishing. This also reduces fatigue during long periods of work and ensures consistent and professional results. The 47% reduction in noise levels compared to previous models makes the working environment quieter and more comfortable and protects the operator's hearing.
 
PrecisionPro backing plate and low center of gravity for optimal control
The BigFoot Mark V polishers also introduce the new PrecisionPro backing pads, which ensure optimal balance when using different pads. These pads feature a protective rubber edge that provides greater safety when polishing delicate surfaces and reduces the risk of accidental damage. This means the operator can work with greater safety even on sensitive surfaces such as edges or particularly sensitive body parts. Another notable innovation is the low center of gravity of the Mark V polishers. It has been lowered by 13 mm compared to previous models, allowing unparalleled stability and excellent control of the tool, especially in complex work situations. The lower center of gravity allows the operator to maneuver the polisher with greater precision, even when working on complex surfaces or intricate details.
