These film-backed discs are designed for damp sanding to remove paint defects and refine sanding scratches prior to polishing or using 3000-grade 3M™ Trizact™ paint finishing abrasives. 3M™ Trizact™ Discs are built with our unique three-dimensional structures that wear to continuously reveal fresh, sharp abrasive mineral.
 
They're virtually self-sharpening and long lasting. These durable discs have a film backing that resists tearing and flexes over uneven surfaces.
